Returns

Returns are accepted for unopened, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of purchase.

If you’ve experienced an adverse reaction to a product (e.g., irritation, redness, or breakouts), we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please contact us at cs@horanghee.com within 14 days of receiving your order and provide details, including photos and a description of your reaction. Eligible cases may qualify for store credit or an exchange for a different product better suited to your needs.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a replacement or full refund.

For hygiene reasons, items such as sheet masks, single-use products, and promotional freebies cannot be returned.

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

We cover the full cost of return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, or are not what you ordered.

If you’re returning an item for reasons other than defect or damage (e.g., you changed your mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

We charge a flat return shipping fee of $5-$10, depending on your location, which will be deducted from the amount you are refunded.

Exchanges

If you opt for an exchange, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the new item to you. Return shipping for the original item is subject to the policies above.
